These are the last three scarves for this season.

It´s still very very cold here, hopefully next week will be better (although the weather guy doesn´t say so). Anyways, I´ll be in my own little world of spring and sunny days so everything will be just fine.

Neck warmer No 2

Time does indeed pass quickly around here these days. I've been really busy, knitting, knitting – crocheting, crocheting so I barely had time to go out. I've decided to finish all the projects I have started this year, so I can start with the new plans and projects after the holidays.

So I sat down yesterday and knitted this Neck warmer of the same wool I knitted a long scarf - warm wool blend yarn (50% Alpaca, 40% Wool, 10% Linen - Made in Peru). It is approx 45 cm wide and 114 cm in length, soft and cozy. As is the scarf, I think it also fits perfectly for guys .Don´t you think?

Crocheted scarf & gloves

I bought this gorgeous wool last week, and thought I´d make a knitted scarf. 

 I tried it out and knitted a bit, but did not like how it looked - it felt completely wrong. Do you agree or am I way off here…?

Anyway, I decided to split it all and start from scratch again. I tried to crochet and the longer I crocheted, it felt more right! It was a little bit heavy with only this wool, so I mixed a little alpaca into it, and it was perfect.

This scarf is 212 cm in length, 25cm in width, wonderful, soft and cozy. As you can see it´s perfect fit for women, but I think it really suits guys too. Am I right?

With the same wool I have crocheted wrist warmers, they are soft, comfortable and warm.

They will be in my shop tommorow.

New hand knitted scarf

Last week I decided to buy some wool for my new projects and when I looked in the shop to choose the colors of wool that I´ve already decided to buy, this wool caught my attention 

 When I touched this and rub it against my face - I have a habit to always do this – it depends of what kind of feeling I have whether I´ll buy this or not - I felt such softness and comfort that I immediately decided to buy it!

I instantly knew that I’d make one of the softest and most beautiful scarves that I ever did. And this is the result:

The man of the house wanted to be a model, and yes, I made one for him too!
His conclusion: that being a model is a hard job :)
