Since I´m not really a chef, not now nor will I ever be, I´ve decided to only make the easiest foods and desserts ever possible. Haven´t baked anything since I-don´t-know-when, and no, not this time either. My daughter, who is just like me, caught some kind of baking disease and made a chocolate cake today. I was very helpful though - I carried it and placed it on the table, and also ate it. :)
Now, here´s a piece of the cake
And this is how it went on after that
As you can see eating this cake takes you through a lot of emotions!
Now, here´s how you make the cake;
2,5 dl sugar
2 dl flour (since I´m gluten intolerant I use corn flour, but you can use any kind really)
5 tbs cocoa powder
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla sugar
100 gr butter (melted butter)
Mix and whip the eggs with the sugar in a bowl. Throw everything else (except the butter) in another bowl and mix that too. Then mix it all together in the biggest bowl (now include the butter here). Pour it into a quite small baking tray, preferably one with rather high edges (you know the ones´ used for making cake layers), and leave it in the oven (175 degrees Celsius) for about 20-25 minutes.
Finally, take a large spoon and dig in - the cake should be a little bit sticky and delicious - enjoy!
And this is what it looks like when my daughter is "drinking coffee"
